Seafood Please Daddy - With Karyn Schultz!

Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!!!

It's Karyn here and today I have a scrapbook page to share with you made using the Teresa Collins "Something Wonderful" collection (papers, paper pad, enamel dots, ephemera tags, chipboard buttons, chipboard elements, decorative brads) available in the  Scrapping Clearly Store.
I've used this month's sketch challenge as inspiration for my page - we would love for you to join us and be in the running to win some fabulous prizes!!
I've started with a sheet of 12x12 white cardstock which I used a "Painting with plastic" technique then splattered with watercolour pan paints (blue, black, red and yellow colours). I then let this dry for an hour or so. I focussed the painting on either side of the page in line with the sketch challenge.
Along each side of the paper I attached a strip of geometric triangle paper. Under my photograph I added a mat of black and white diagonal striped paper from the paper pad in the collection - I love that the designs in the pad are smaller, perfect for matting and cards. I've also clustered a range of stickers, chipboard stickers and enamel dots around the photo.
On the RHS of the page I've used an ephemera tag to add handwritten journalling and embellished with more stickers enamel dots and a decorative brad.

A title for my page was created using the chipboard alphas. I love the dimension they provide. This title was chosen because Jessica and Dad love seafood (Rachael and I dont eat it at all) so when ever we go out they like to share some prawns or a seafood platter!!
