Capture The Moment Planner

Hello everyone it is Kim here today. I am going to share with you the Pink Paislee "Celebrate Today" planner this planner is an awesome planner for those who would like an A5 size that can go in your bag with a Month to a double page and lots of small spots for quick notes.

I will start with my cover and on it I have kept it simple by just using some American Crafts Clearly Posh Gold Thickers to add the 2016 and the asterisk at the start and the end of the words, I have also added some stars and and arrow from Heidi Swapp Memory Planner Foil Chips.

Inside this wonderful planner you will that the page dividers are all so amazing different and are all quite strong I have just added to mine the Camera paper clip that is in the January Planner Subscription Kit

The page see you with a double spread titled "This Month" below is what I have done with mine I have dressed it up with Heidi Swapp Planner embellishments and I have used the peal off Heidi Swapp post it notes from the planner kit and written on on and under one as the images show. And it is perfect for insta photos.

and here is a close up of using the post it notes from Heidi Swapp

next i am sharing the Month to a Double page and I just love how the view of this looks it doesn't have the month name so you can use what you like there I have used the Heidi Swapp Months stamps and used lots of bits from the 2016 Heidi Swapp planner range to embellish the page.

On this page I have also used the straw, the butterfly and the clock stamp from the planner kit on the tag as you will see in the close up below.

The next pages I am sharing with you are another block page and a blank page that I didn't want to write on so instead I stamped and used an acetate overlay from the Heidi 2016 Planner range.

On the Block page I have used lots of the January planner kit.

On this page I have stamped with Dina Wakley stamps the images of the women and them place the overlay over it and how cool did it come up
.

The final page I am sharing today is the last page for January and here I have used the paper bag the frame and sprinkles mix from the January kit to make a shaker box and have included a memory file in the paper bag with some more photos you can use the bag to store all sorts of bits and bobs from the month like movie tickets etc.

I hope you have liked my Planner share I look forward to sharing my February with you thank you for looking at my post.

Planning my planner! - Chloe

Have you jumped on the planner wagon yet?  I must admit, I am totally new to it all ... so, I'm learning as I go!  Thankfully, like most things, there is no right or wrong, no good or bad, it's just for me.

I received this gorgeous planner from the store:

After looking at it for a while and thinking just how cute and sweet it was .... I set to work making it "mine" :)

This is what it looks like inside.  Lots of pockets in the inside cover where I know I'll store even more things than this!

I love the gold!  I love the little clear pockets too - I plan to put my fav pics from that month in ... at the moment, I've just made them look pretty :)

Then there's the what I'm calling the LIST page ... (it looks slightly more added to now ... ;) )

and no, I haven't finished covering those school books yet!! eeek!!

Then, there's the calendar page.  This will be one of my most used pages!  And, it's been added to a lot more since this pic was taken too!

Love seeing my month at a glance!

After these pages are individual day pages.  These I've decided to use as a kind of diary, so they are a little more personal and I won't share them.

So, that's the beginning of my planner journey!  It's something new for me, but so far I'm enjoying it immensely :)

{Sharing My Planner}

Hi everyone - I am excited to share with you all my first few pages in my 2016 planner, I have included bits and pieces from the Monthly Planner Subscription Kit - January's kit is filled with some gorgeous items, the pencil is great to add to your planner for journalling a quick go to for jotting memories down and of course anything left in your kit can be used throughout the journal on later pages.

January's Kit also came with the extra special Acrylic Clipboard which I love - I have printed off a Calendar which I use as sketch to jot down memories and events that I can than refer to later on when journalling in my planner the clipboard is a great place to keep photos, tickets extra bits you will need to add later to your journal.

Here are my pages from 1 Jan to 19th Jan:

You can see in the below pages I have used the printed tag Heidi Swapp's Journaling Spots the alpha stickers, everything in January's Kit is easily used to embellish your journal pages.

I hope this gives you little inspiration when creating your very own journal pages.

Adore

Today I would love to share with a layout I have created using the original range from Heidi Swapp called Sugar Chic it is the most adorable pretty yellow and pink range and it was re released with the papers having glitter on them. I have also used a 12 x 12 misted background that I have chosen not to mist.

I just love the way every thing in the range coordinates so well and how easy it is to layer them,

The word adore was an awesome set of cards that Heidi also released and it just is adorable being in Heidi's hand writing.

These older ranges of Heidi's are timeless and never seem to date and coordinate so well with her newer ones.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at my share today and I will be back next with my take on this months awesome sketch,

Thank you for looking Kim Kendell

you + me

Happy holidays everyone, I am really enjoying our school break.

So many exciting things are happening and it's that time of year for CHA. So many new products to swoon over!! What is your favourite?

Anyway I'm slightly side tracked, here is my take on the January sketch and I decided to turn it around. We can't wait to see your interpretation.

This paper range is called Chickaniddy from the Yippee collection. I used lots of the different papers onto white cardstock to add layers and tags. Then some of the layers were matted with black to add contrast.

I used the sequin threads instead of the paint drips. The black and white stickers are from Heidi Swapp.

Gorgeous gold sparkly foam word thickers (you + me) are from the Cedar Lane collection.

Close up of the sequins and foam letters.

My tag has journaling and on the other side I added an extra photo and some washi tape.

Have a lovely day and enjoy your holidays!

Today ....

Hello everyone!  I'm back to share a page created using Kaisercraft A Touch Of Gold.  The background is quite patterned and I'm not usually one to work with such a patterned background, so I kept the page pretty simple.

These papers are so sparkly and glittery ... not sure it shows up in the photos!

{Just love that Dr Seuss quote!}

You'll see some more of the Kaisercraft – Bow & Arrow Chevron die cut paper that I've cut up ...

Spy the Heidi Swapp Color Magic 6″ Banners ... I really love these :)

Smile

Hello there, how is everyone this week? Has anyone had time to create?

Perhaps you are excited for this year, a fresh start to try something new?

We would love to encourage you to go for it!! There is so much inspiration shared here from Scrapping Clearly and we hope you enjoy visiting us throughout this year.

I had a lot of fun with this one creating this layout using some of the Chickaniddy Crafts Yippee range. I love the colours and summery designs.

I cut out a heart shape from the Kaisercraft Bow and Arrow Chevron 12 x 12 diecut and a slightly smaller heart out of the white cardstock. At the back of the chevron I attached 6 different strips of pattern paper. It was all stitched together, several times to create a whimsical heart.

This Pinwheel was cut using the Tim Holtz die. The silver glittered foam hearts, arrow and my title Smile was using the thickers from Cedar Lane collection.

Have a lovely day being creative!
