Total Silliness page by Tania
Hello Scrappy friends! Today I'm playing along with our January sketch challenge, and hope to give you a little inspiration. Here is the sketch as a reminder!
This one is by Peg, and I love the simplicity of it!!! My layout came together rather quickly!
I started with a mixed media background. First thing was a cute little Heidi Swapp circle stencil and some gorgeous Prima Art Alchemy paint in Opal Magic!!! I seriously love this stuff!!! You can see how sometimes the circles look blue, and if you hold the paper in a different spot, under the light, it looks gold! I also have some Dylusions Mica sprays on my desk, so sprayed some Vibrant Turquiose over the top. So shiny!!!
I did some stamping, and added some patterned papers by Chickaniddy, (these are on special in the shop right now...I have linked right to it!!!), and this gorgeous Maggie Holmes black and gold piece I have been hanging on to for the right project!!! I used my die cutting machine to cut the circles.
My title consists of some Heidi Swapp puffy word stickers and a Heidi Swapp water colour word, which I painted with Dylusions paint and watered it down. I placed a layer of Glossy accents over the top to make it pop!
I really enjoy using sketches, it makes a layout come together so much faster!!! If you would like to view the products I used, I have linked each one back to the Scrappingclearly store! Hope you get the chance to play along with this one!

Love This with Melinda Sweetman
Hi there ScrappingClearly fans, Melinda here with you today scrapping a photo of myself and hubby from Christmas Day last year using the gorgeous Oh Joy collection by Pink Fresh Studio.
There is a process video too, just click on the play button below and enjoy!
Here is my page and I really love how it turned out. It's pretty clean and simple for me but I did add a VERY light coat of white gesso behind where my photo and title went to help them pop and sprinkled on some mists :)
I used one of the metal dies in my stash and one of the papers in the 6x6 paper pad to create my title.
I pulled lots of bits and pieces from the collection to embellish the page and really love the clean design of this!
Kylie still has this gorgeous collection in store and if you are anything like me, still scrapping away those photo's from Christmas Past head over and order up before it all disappears - it really is a gorgeous collection!
The products I have used are:
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - 6x6 Paper Pad
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - Puffy Stickers
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - Acrylic Mirror Shapes - LOVE these so much!
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - Washi Tape
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - Gold Foiled Phrase Stickers
Pink Fresh - Oh Joy - 12x12 Paper "Merry Christmas"
Colour Blast - Colour Spray - Rainforest
Colour Blast - Colour Spray - Love
Heidi Swapp - Colour Shine - Gold Lame

Thanks so much for stopping by and happy scrapping!!

Art Journal+Watercolours
Howdy Bloggers.Lisa here with a quick Friday Mixed Media update ..
This week has been full on and sometimes its just nice to sit down
after a busy work day and bust out your watercolour paints to just play .
I love the Prima watercolour sets, with oh,such lush gorgeous colours .
Basically ,I used acrylics in the background and the rest is watercolour paints,
a stabilo magic pencil, and once dry a fude ball pen to detail and add some fun.
I am pumped as this weekend ,
I'm heading to SC Scrapping Clearly HQ to teach 2 rad classes with Kylie and the lovely artists in the Gundi area.... and maybe a few country ring-ins from further out.
See you next week, don't forget to get your watercolours out to play

Happy Australia Day by Lauren Hender
Happy Australia Day everyone!!
I hope you are all heading over to the Scrapping Clearly facebook page today to check out and play along with the Cyber Crop. There is going to be all sorts of Aussie action including challenges and giveaways.
In this layout I am is using the products from an AMAZING Aussie company called Cocoa Vanilla Studio. This collection is called Make a Wish and will be in the Scrapping Clearly store shortly.
Scrapping Clearly stocks other Cocoa Vanilla Studio collections.
Check them out HERE
Lots of layering in this layout. Sometimes is really challenging creating on heavily patterned paper. To try and help that on this layout I painted some sections of the page with some white gesso and dabbed it with some light green ink. I then added some stars using some Heidi Swapp texture paste.
Well I hope this inspires you to get creative during the Cyber Crop and our wonderful Australia Day!

My Happy Place
Hiya Arty Peeps.
How's things?
This summer I have spent a lot of the hot times in my art room since it's the only place around here with air con, lucky me! Plenty of time to reflect on some of the good times I had last year. And then to celebrate them in scrapbooking.
This is a pretty simple page, an opportunity
to use all these photos together to tell a story.
to use all these photos together to tell a story.
I started with a patterned paper background this time and added some yellow/gold splats and some black splats.
I cut up this gorgeous piece of patterned paper and used it for journal bits and accents around my photos. I typed my journalling on the bland ones.
I used a little strip of Hambly transparency to frame my focal point then placed my title above it. I added a couple of cute pink word stickers to finish it off.
Simple but perfect because the page totally lets the photos shine.
I always have such a fun time when I get to hang out with this awesome gal.
Thanks for coming by today.
just a reminder of our 2 challenges this month.
I hope you get a chance to play along and maybe win a prize.

Until next time

Happy Days - With Karyn Schultz!
Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!!!
It's Karyn here and today have a scrapbook page to share with you made using lots of goodies available in the Scrapping Clearly Store. I've used the Fancy Pants "Golden Days" collection (collection kit, papers, flair, puffy stickers, leaf paper clips).
This collection is just amazing - my new favourite!! I always love receiving kits in the mail from Kylie at Scrapping Clearly. Each one is different yet seems to suit me so well. So far I've made 5 scrapbook pages with this kit!!
I've started with a sheet of 12x12 white cardstock and added splatters of my Prima Watercolor Confections - Decadent Pies paints (navy, gold and a pink/peach colour). These paints are just amazing - you absolutely need them!! I mix the paints in a paint pallete to get it watery enough for good splattering!
Next I added strips of paper to the top and bottom of the page.
I matted my photos with some of the papers and a paper doilie. Then added a paper clip and flair to one of the corners.
I've used the die cut alphas to make my title and added a selection of puffy stickers across the page.
Scrapping Clearly products I've used include
Cardstock
Fancy Pants "Golden Days" collection (collection kit, papers, flair, puffy stickers, leaf paper clips)
Prima Watercolor Confections - Decadent Pies
