Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!!!
It's Karyn here and today I have a scrapbook page to share with you made using the Fancy Pants "Golden Days" collection (collection kit, papers, flair, puffy stickers, leaf paper clips) available in the Scrapping Clearly Store.
I've started with a sheet of 12x12 white cardstock then I used a "painting with plastic technique" followed by paint splattering of my Prima Watercolor Confections - Decadent Pies paints (navy, gold and a pink/peach colour). I mix the paints in a paint pallete to get them watery enough for painting and splattering!
I've used a series of 4 photos on my page - let me tell you this chocolate fondue was amazing! They have been matted on 3 pieces of patterned paper and a paper doilie. I've also added a strip of paper on one side of the page.
I've used the die cut alphas and a puffy sticker to make my title - I love the variety of colours and patterns on the alphas!
There are a variety of puffy stickers in the pack perfect for accenting your page. And I always love to use a roller date stamp for my date.
More puffy stickers, a flair and a leaf paper clip are perfect to finish off the page.
Scrapping Clearly products I've used include
Cardstock
Fancy Pants "Golden Days" collection (collection kit, papers, flair, puffy stickers, leaf paper clips)
Prima Watercolor Confections - Decadent Pies
Heidi Swapp memory planner date stamp

" Love Today" layout by Bernii Miller using Fancy Free .
Heeellloooo,
Welcome.. it is Bernii Miller with you here today to share a little layout inspiration with you all..
Today I am using the super pretty Fancy Free collection designed by Paige Evans for Pink Paislee which you can pick up in store HERE.
I am down to the last scraps of this gorgeous collection so I wanted to try and create a layout using them up before I retire this collection... So I decided to cut up my scraps into strips and them lay them inside a heart shape.
So let me show you what I created..
I found this title " Love Today" which was an old cut file that I have had pre cut on my desk for some time, so it was perfect to add to my layout.
Well thanks so much for stopping by today..
I hope I have inspired you to get creative today.. enjoy your weekend :)
Till next time
Much love
Bernii xx

One Warm Up Canvas
Howdy Folks , Lisa here with a mixed media blog update .
I am home from glorious Gundagai ,after a wonderful creative sharing start to 2017.
\Sometimes when your creating , one has so many ideas floating , that just getting one onto paper or canvas can be super rewarding....just actually doing it..
even if it doesnt work out the way you envisage .
And yesterday was all about trying to work on an idea or 2 and
loosen up by introducing some free play for me and having fun with colour and shape.
Here is my process.
I grabbed a 40 x 40 cm,and busted out the paints and painted a concave shape upon my piece.
I started with blue...The colour of communication.
then i started layering different coloured acrylic paints ..
my favs are
After drying time I added a little tissue paper using Liqiutex Matt Medium
and stencil work with black acrylic paint
I am at a point where I'm playing with a few ideas with this one..
I have visuals of a affirmation in large font, following the concave shape of the paint.
This week I have been playing with Butterflies, so a few in random placement told me that I really need those words to make this piece pop.. I'll be back next week to show you the results .
Oh feel free to offer your ideas for this one .!!
Thanks for dropping by.
See you next visit.

Smile with Amy Prior
Hi there Scrapping Clearly fans! Amy Prior back with you all again today, this time sharing a quick layout that I created using the gorgeous My Minds Eye On Trend 2 Collection to showcase a photo of my mum and step-dad during their recent joint surprise 60th birthday party.
This layout came together super quick thanks to fantastic coordinating products! To start this layout off, I have smeared some Colour Blast - Colour Paste - Bling over a piece of My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - Patterned Paper. As you can see, there is no real method to this you just need to quickly smear the paste where you want it to show and be sure to work quickly to avoid the look of trying too hard to be perfect.
Once the colour paste was dry, I have added lots of gorgeous layers of My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - Journal Cards and My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - Patterned Paper underneath my photograph before embellishing the rest of the layout with some flowers, My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - 12x12 Chipboard elements, My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - Flair, and My Minds Eye - On Trend 2 Collection - Cardstock Stickers.
Checkout the difference in colour when that gorgeous colour paste is dry. It is important to know that all Colour Blast colour pastes dry much darker then they appear in the jar. The best idea is to make yourself a swatch so that you can easily colour match when creating.
There is so much gorgeous gold on this page that it was so hard to photograph unfortunately. Gold makes me so happy and I hope my mum and step-dad love this layout as much as I do.
Full product list for this layout includes...
Well that is it from me today, thanks so much for stopping by and until next time, happy scrapping!
