'Nature' ATC by Emma Zappone with VIDEO

Hi there!
Em with you today.
How good is the ATC challenge! I personally am loving it.
It's a small project that whets the creative taste buds.
This weeks prompt is 'Nature'. Oh how I adore this prompt. I just knew I had to play with the 49&Market 'Nature Study' Rub ons!

You can see my creation come to life via my video here.....

I love how you can create layers without the bulk (even though I adore bulking 😂😜)
This ATC also has some Laser cut elements from the 'Plum Grove' collection. It's awesome how you can use different collections but they all compliment each other.

I have decided that my 52 ATC's will use/incorporate 49&Market products as I have sooooo much.
It also spurs on the creativity.

These are my 15-20min of creating time, even when time is poor, these wonderful little cards spring excitement into my art.

I hope you enjoyed my little video and it inspires you to create little.

Keep your projects coming through on the FB page, as we all love seeing your versions of the theme.
Plus the monthly Palette Play is the wonderful blue tones, so join in the creative fun.

I will catch you all again soon.
Em xx

Artsy Arabia Christmas Cards - With Karyn Schultz!

  Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!

It's Karyn here and today I have a set of 3 Christmas cards that I created using the Art-By-Marlene Artsy Arabia collection available at Scrapping Clearly

I started by creating card bases using heavy weight white cardstock (10.5cm x 14.8cm). I cut the Artsy Arabia SCRAPBM01 paper to size 10cm x 14.3cm as a mat for the card base. I also cut more white down to 9cm x 13.3 cm to use as a background for my cards.

I added paint to the backgrounds using Art-By-Marlene Bold and Bright watercolor paints - to give a watercolour wash effect.

I selected a number of the lantern elements from from the Artsy Arabia Die-Cut book - I thought these looked like Christmas ornaments.

Here is the first of my completed cards - I love the fun and quirky vibe with the Artsy Arabia collection.

The other 2 cards are created in a similar manner - just add a stamped Christmas sentiment to finish.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Honey & Spice Cards - With Karyn Schultz!

Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!!

It's Karyn here, and today I have some cards to share with you made using various products available in the Scrapping Clearly Store

For my card backgrounds I've used white cardstock and painted with using Decadent Pies Prima Watercolor Confections (pink, green, brown). Once this was dry I added splatters of each colour as well.

I also coloured 2 pieces of muslin with the Decadent Pies Prima Watercolor Confections (pink and green).

I matted the backgrounds on papers from the Heidi Swapp Honey & Spice 12x12 paper pad. I then embellished with the green coloured muslin, some burlap, white diecuts,   Heidi Swapp Emerson Lane ephemera and  Heidi Swapp Emerson Lane photo corners.

How cool does the layering look! This is a great way to use up lots of bits and pieces on your craft desk!

Thanks so much for stopping by
