Memorydex Spinner... index cards rejoice

I am so overjoyed to finally start my new project that has been on the backburner for a few weeks/ years. I have a Heidi Swapp memorydex spinner... totally in love .... and a vision I have had for a long time is to fill it full of quotes that I can flick around to daily. I am pretty excited that I have started my journey and am overjoyed to share the first 4 index cards with you.

I have used the Heidi Swapp Memorydex file cards  and prepped them with a little Avery Elle watercolors in Mimosa & Cherry I did this by dropping a few drops onto a non stick mat then spraying it with a little water and applying the card. 

After the watercolor dried I then added some Liquitex light modelling paste through the TCW Balzer Designs Circle of Jewels and the mini Sea Pebbles stencil . I also added some Ken Oliver turquoise color burst to the liquitex to add to 3 of the cards... one card I used it at full strength & the other two were used added using more modelling paste & diluting the colour.

After all of the drying I then added my embellishements and quotes. I have used some stamped images on tissue from the Stampers Anonymous range - urban chic, Dina Wakley washi tape, Heidi Swapp decorative tape, Heidi Swapp chipboard heart, metal arrow & bird, brad, typed quote, Heidi Swapp frames, Heidi Swapp embellishments, muslin, Heidi Swapp chipboard alpha and Tim Holtz IdeaOlogy metals.

  

I am so happy to have started my collection of quotes on the Heidi Swapp Memorydex Spinner.... it's looking soooo good! Make sure you stay tuned each month and I will be adding more to the collection... there are so many amazing quotes that I have saved and so much fun product to play with.
