Pushing Paint Around - An art Journal page with Lisa Oxley

 Howdy Folks, Lisa here with a Sunday Scrapping Clearly mixed media arty fix.

I am currently in sunny Qld, retreating with some of my fave people and creating on the Sunshine Coast-Can you feel the vibe?? The last retreat of the year and a fantastic one at that.

Today I am sharing a simple floral negative space painting, using a few scraps of 

Art by Marlene Collage Paper,

 acrylic paints,

 a stabilo All aquarelle pencil,

in a Dylusions Journal,

using Gesso

Kinder Kreations stencil

and Matt medium

 created after a long hot day at work and I just really needed to push some paint around the page.

Of course I have created this floral bouquet a la Bob Burridge, with a Scrapwitch twist.

Here's the finished piece.. nothing fabulous, but fun and colourful.
