Wonderful - with Karyn!

Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!

It's Karyn here today and I'm so happy to share my first project for Scrapping Clearly.  I was so excited to receive my first DT pack - it was perfectly suited to me and I loved it.

The basis of the pack was the KaiserCraft #Me collection (papers, stamps and collectibles) as well as coordinating alphas, wood veneer, sequins, and arrows from a range of manufacturers.

The first scrapbook page I made included a family selfie taken on our summer beach holiday - seems so long ago now!
I started with a sheet of white cardstock and added large strips of paper at the top and a thin strip at the bottom. I always love using the barcode strip from the bottom somewhere on my page - I dont like to waste any paper :)

This paper collection is very modern and playful and works perfectly with our silly family selfie!

The patterned paper at the top is called "Belief" (see here) and has lots of words and colours and fragments of patterns - so it is very busy. Therefore it didnt need too much extra embellishing (or the embellishments would get lost against the background)

I mounted my photo in the centre with a paper doilie underneath. I also used a "memory" card from the collectibles pack to hide some journalling under my photo - I didnt realise it had moved around before I took the photo (oops!).
These wood veneer provide perfect feature embellishments on my page. I also dotted sequins across my page.
I used the "wonderful" wood veneer as my title and I added a number of the words from the collectibles pack. I used a range of the stamps on my background page, and lastly Iadded one of the gold glitter arrows.
Scrapping Clearly  products I've used include

KaiserCraft #me acrylic stamps
KaiserCraft #me collectables
KaiserCraft #Me 12x12 collection kit
Teresa Collins "Save The Date" sequins
Teresa Collins "Something Wonderful" wood veneer
Pink Paislee "Cedar Lane" gold glitter paper arrows

Thanks so much for stopping by
