Amazonia mini flip book, by Amanda Hartmann
Hello Scrapping Clearly fans!
Kylie sent me these products to play with recently....
Stamperia Adhesive Chipboard 6″X12″ – Amazonia
Stamperia Double-Sided Paper Pad 12″X12″ 10/Pkg – Amazonia
Animal and jungle patterns - awesome quotes, deep rich colours.... but I was a little stumped.
Sometimes when I cannot create a scrapbook layout (my usual go-to), I create smaller pieces: tags, mini-books. It lets me play with the new products on a smaller scale.
So here is the mini book I created. (Check out the video on the FB group too!)
I got to work with the Amazonia paper, fussy cutting many elements and cutting out the cards. With these in hand it was easy to put together the mini flip book.
The key was cutting the 3x3 inch cards from one of the papers, and layering them on a strip of black cardstock.
I added twine, gold tissue paper, black pen doodling, black ink (to ink edges of fussy cut elements) and Tim Holtz - Small talk stickers

Golden Girls by Tracey B
hi everyone,
what a glittery moodboard this month.
I know I'm showing my age here but for those that remember, which Golden Girl do you most resemble?
Just for something completely different I started with some striped WRMK acetate as my base (Like this only gold)
I painted a Dusty Attic chipboard doily and some other wood veneer hearts and xs with some Dina Wakley paint (Gilt) and made a heart shaker with a Kaiserkraft wood veneer heart and some acetate from my stash which I filled with glitter and beads . (I now have glitter all over my craft room)
I also fussy cut a Hambly screen print frame and tucked it in for another layer
For the record, I think I'm most like Bea Arthur.
And to my golden girls, thank you for being a friend.
TFL
cheers
Tracey

Dream A Little by Emma Zappone
Hello fellow creatives.
Emma with you all today with a quick little Art Journal.
I had a heap of Art by Marlene products that I have been itching to use, so I finally sat down and created.
As I was using some Art by Marlene I chose to create in my 5.0 ABM ring album.
I love this album as I can remove the smaller sized pages and create, which adds a sense of freedom.
Then I chose a few elements from the Out of this world Paper elements pad.
These paper elements are so super cute. I wanted to keep the background simple yet effective so I started by tearing strips of ABM washi tapes and placing them in a large L shape on the page.
Then I chose to play with Distress Oxides to compliment the colours in the washi and paper elements.
I chose the new Villainous Potion colour, Cracked pistachio and Faded Jeans.
Can't go wrong with oxides. Instant colour with awesome results. Then I chose a couple of Aall & Create stamps to compliment the space theme that I had chosen.
I scribbled a few pen lines & circles and then applied my elements.
Including a little ABM sticker and quote.
I totally recommend playing with the whimsy Art by Marlene products, they really allow a youthful creativity.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Em xx
